Qualifikationen

• Previous front office dental experience required.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Knowledge of dental treatment plans and insurance requirements is preferred.
• Familiarity with dental practice management software is preferred.

Aufgaben

• Interview patients to understand oral health history and objectives.
• Explain treatment plans and address patient questions.
• Assist patients in prioritizing treatment and scheduling/financing.
• Greet and check patients in/out; answer phones and schedule appointments.
• Explain and educate patients on dental benefits and payment options.
• Bill insurance, post payments, and estimate claims; manage accounts receivable.
• Coordinate with outside financing options and track outstanding balances.
• Introduce new patients to the practice and discuss health history and exams.
• Conduct treatment consultations for new and existing patients.
