Gentle Dental is hiring Treatment Coordinators to guide patients from diagnosis through treatment acceptance. You will present treatment plans, explain costs, and help patients understand financial options during their visit.

Ideal candidates have front office medical experience, strong computer skills (Denticon/QSI a plus), and enjoy helping patients achieve healthy smiles. Full-time opportunities available at multiple offices.

Competenze

• A minimum of 1 to 2 years front office experience in a medical environment.
• Computer literate is a must; QSI/Denticon experience is a plus.
• Experience presenting Treatment Plans and discussing costs of services.
• Experience with insurance claims is required or preferred.

Mansioni

• Manage patients full cycle from clinical diagnosis to treatment acceptance.
• Communicate financial planning options based on proposed treatment.
