Job summary

Dental Health Center of Northern Virginia seeks a capable treatment coordinator to ensure patients understand and schedule recommended care. You will liaise between doctors and patients, manage the doctor/hygiene schedule, and handle insurance questions and financial presentations.

The role includes assisting with consultation appointments, preparing consent forms, posting correct treatment codes, and maintaining charts.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required and legible handwriting for communications.
• 2+ years of dental office experience preferred.
• Good interpersonal and verbal communication skills with patients and staff.

Responsibilities

• Explain treatment options and schedule appointments.
• Calculate and present treatment fees and financing options.
• Coordinate with doctors and patients on treatment plans and insurance details.
• Maintain patient scheduling and keep records up to date.
• Assist front desk with inquiries and general duties.
