Job summary

Gentle Dental in California is hiring a part-time Treatment Coordinator to manage patients from initial consultation through treatment acceptance. You will clearly present treatment options, explain costs, and help patients plan their finances for care.

Join a collaborative team focused on patient care, operational excellence, and community health. Front-office experience in a medical setting and familiarity with QSI/Denticon are a plus.

Qualifications

• A minimum of 1 to 2 years front office experience in a medical environment.
• Computer literate a must (QSI/Denticon experience is a plus).
• Previous experience presenting Treatment Plans and going over costs of services preferred.

Responsibilities

• Treatment Coordinators manage patients full cycle from clinical diagnosis to treatment acceptance.
• Communicate financial planning and available options based on the proposed treatment.
• Lead patients from the first appointment to the last toward a happy and healthy smile.
