You will build strong partnerships with doctors and staff, analyze business needs, and demonstrate equipment and technology solutions while discussing ROI and tax benefits. This role rewards success with commission-based earnings and growth opportunities within a market-leading dental and animal health company.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in any related field is preferred.
• 3–5 years of B2B outside sales experience preferred.
• Strong initiative with exceptional customer service, planning and organization skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; able to present and negotiate.

• Develop a “practice partner” mindset with Doctors and staff to analyze business needs and discuss ROI and tax advantages of equipment and technology solutions.
• Stay well-versed on Patterson products, competitive intelligence, and industry information.
• Maintain accurate records for prospects, orders, sales, and financial activity.
• Perform other duties related to the Territory Sales Representative role.
