This field‑based Territory Sales Manager role will own and grow the assigned territory by building meaningful relationships with dental professionals and delivering tailored solutions from ZimVie’s implant, restorative, digital, and biomaterial lines.

This high‑energy, consultative sales position requires the ability to hit and exceed goals, educate clinicians, and lead local programs and events.

Qualifications

• 2–3+ years of proven sales success.
• B2B or healthcare sales experience preferred (not required).
• Formal sales training (PSS, Challenger, etc.) is a plus.
• A high level of initiative, professionalism, and customer‑first mindset.
• Will consider commensurate education and experience.

Responsibilities

• Drive strong sales growth by acquiring new customers and expanding business with existing accounts.
• Educate clinicians and dental teams on ZimVie products and their proper use.
• Build trusted relationships with clinicians, labs, and office personnel.
• Create and execute a strategic territory business plan.
• Coordinate and lead local programs, events, and trainings to drive demand and build brand loyalty.
• Use tools such as Salesforce CRM to manage your territory and maximize opportunities.
• Represent ZimVie at regional and national trade shows and education events.
• Follow all company policies, compliance regulations, and safety standards.
