Job summary

Patterson Companies, Inc. is looking for a driven Territory Sales Representative to grow profitable sales by building relationships with dental offices within the assigned territory.

You will drive account development, present Patterson dental solutions, and coordinate product demonstrations to highlight ROI and tax advantages. The role emphasizes a customer-first approach, strong communication, and a track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in any related field and 3 to 5 years of business to business outside sales experience or equivalent combination of education and experience is preferred.
• A strong initiative with exceptional customer service, planning and organization skills.
• Effective interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to present and negotiate are required.
• Previous success attaining and exceeding sales goals is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage territory accounts by regularly contacting dental offices within the defined territory.
• Present and demonstrate Patterson products and solutions to customers.
• Analyze customer needs and discuss ROI and tax advantages of equipment solutions.
• Maintain accurate records of prospects, orders, and sales activity.
