Job summary

A-dec seeks a seasoned Sales Manager to lead DSO and other specialty markets, driving sales across product lines. You will train dealer personnel and Territory Managers, and build strong relationships with dealers, customers, and internal teams to support growth.

You will regularly travel to engage with partners, attend major dental shows, and align strategies with company goals while navigating a dynamic market. This role offers substantial field involvement and cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred and 2+ years account management experience in dental industry.
• Ability to travel regularly and align work with business goals.
• Strong communication, organization, and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage DSO and other specialty markets’ business to achieve sales objectives across product lines.
• Develop and train dealer Special Markets personnel and Dealer Territory Managers.
• Build strong relationships with dealer partners, end-customers, and Territory Managers.
• Represent A-dec at dental shows and industry events.
• Travel approximately 50% to support sales activities.
