Job summary

A-dec is seeking a sales leader to manage DSO (Dental Service Organization) and multi-site CHC sales across the US and Canada. You will develop and train dealer personnel and Territory Managers, align strategies with corporate goals, and nurture relationships with dealer partners and customers.

Travel of about 50% is required as you attend major dental shows and market meetings to advance A-dec’s market presence and product lines in the specialty markets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Two years account management experience in dental distribution preferred.
• Willingness to travel about 50%.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategies to grow sales in DSO and specialty markets.
• Partner with Territory Managers to build a strong dealer network.
• Be the voice of leadership in clinic orders and policy compliance.
• Attend major dental shows and meetings to build support.
• Travel approximately 50% to markets and customers.
