ZimVie Inc. is seeking a Territory Sales Manager to lead growth within a dental care territory. You’ll build relationships with dental professionals, identify needs, and tailor solutions from ZimVie’s implant, restorative, digital, and biomaterial lines.

This field-based role suits high-energy, consultative sales professionals who thrive on achieving and exceeding goals. Travel up to 95% within the territory; overnight or air travel may be required.

Qualifications

• 2–3+ years of proven sales success.
• B2B or healthcare sales experience preferred (not required).
• Formal sales training (PSS, Challenger) is a plus.
• A high level of initiative, professionalism, and customer‑first mindset.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales growth by acquiring new customers and expanding existing accounts.
• Educate clinicians and dental teams on ZimVie products and their proper use.
• Build trusted relationships with clinicians, labs, and office personnel.
• Create and execute a strategic territory business plan.
• Coordinate and lead local programs, events, and trainings to drive demand and build brand loyalty.
• Use Salesforce CRM to manage your territory and maximize opportunities.
