ZimVie Inc. is seeking a Territory Sales Manager to own and grow a dental healthcare territory by building meaningful relationships with professionals and delivering tailored solutions from ZimVie’s implant, restorative, digital, and biomaterial lines.

This field-based role suits high-energy, consultative sales professionals who excel at meeting and exceeding goals, with heavy travel within the territory and opportunities to impact patient outcomes.

Qualifications

• 2–3+ years of proven sales success.
• B2B or healthcare sales experience preferred (not required).
• Formal sales training (PSS, Challenger, etc.) is a plus.
• High level of initiative, professionalism, and customer‑first mindset.
• Education and experience evaluated on a case-by-case basis.

Responsabilités

• Drive strong sales growth by acquiring new customers and expanding business with existing accounts.
• Educate clinicians and dental teams on ZimVie products and their proper use.
• Build trusted relationships with clinicians, labs, and office personnel.
• Create and execute a strategic territory business plan.
• Coordinate and lead local programs, events, and trainings.
• Use Salesforce CRM to manage your territory and maximize opportunities.
• Represent ZimVie at regional and national trade shows and education events.
• Follow all company policies, compliance regulations, and safety standards.
