ZimVie is seeking a Territory Sales Manager to own and grow a defined dental territory across the United States. You will build meaningful relationships with dental professionals, identify customer needs, and present tailored solutions from ZimVie’s implant, restorative, digital, and biomaterial lines.

This field-based role suits high-energy, consultative sales professionals who thrive on hitting and exceeding goals, with extensive travel within the territory and a commitment to patient outcomes.

Qualifications

• 2–3+ years of proven sales success in a B2B or healthcare setting.
• Formal sales training (PSS, Challenger, etc.) is a plus.
• High level of initiative, professionalism, and customer-first mindset.

Responsibilities

• Drive strong sales growth by acquiring new customers and expanding business with existing accounts.
• Educate clinicians and dental teams on ZimVie products and their proper use.
• Build trusted relationships with clinicians, labs, and office personnel.
• Create and execute a strategic territory business plan.
• Coordinate and lead local programs, events, and trainings to drive demand and build brand loyalty.
• Use Salesforce CRM to manage your territory and maximize opportunities.
• Represent ZimVie at regional and national trade shows and education events.
• Follow all company policies, compliance regulations, and safety standards.
