Job summary

Colgate-Palmolive is seeking a driven Territory Manager for Colgate Oral Pharmaceuticals in Scottsdale, AZ. You will drive growth, clinical authority, and brand loyalty across dental practices by leveraging a science-backed portfolio and strong relationships with dental professionals.

In this role you will partner with regional leadership to plan territory growth, exceed revenue benchmarks, deliver clinical education, and collaborate with marketing and distributors to expand Colgate's market

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Two or more years of high-performing B2B sales experience.
• Valid driver’s license with ability to travel extensively within the territory.
• Exceptional verbal and written English communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Regional Manager to engineer territory business plans targeting profitable opportunities and increased market share.
• Exceed quarterly and annual revenue benchmarks through clinical expertise, new customer acquisition, portfolio selling, and optimizing product mix.
• Cultivate relationships with dental practices, DSOs, and industry influencers to build Colgate brand loyalty.
• Prospect using cold outreach, networking, digital channels, and modern sales platforms to unlock untapped business.
• Deliver clinical lunch-and-learn sessions and high-value product details that showcase the portfolio’s clinical superiority.
• Represent Colgate Oral Pharmaceuticals at dental conventions and local associations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional partners including marketing and distributor sales teams to accelerate territory growth.
