• Must reside within the territory or be willing to relocate to the target market.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Regional Manager to engineer territory business plans that target the most profitable opportunities, maximize ROI, and increase market share.
• Consistently exceed quarterly and annual revenue benchmarks through clinical expertise, new customer acquisition, portfolio selling, and optimizing product mix.
• Cultivate meaningful relationships with dental practices, DSOs, and key influencers to build Colgate brand loyalty and establish Colgate as the partner of choice for dental professionals.
• Prospect using cold outreach, networking, digital channels, and modern sales platforms to unlock untapped business.
• Deliver clinical 'lunch and learn' sessions and high-value product details that showcase the clinical superiority of Colgate’s professional portfolio.
• Represent Colgate Oral Pharmaceuticals at major dental conventions, local hygiene associations, and study clubs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional partners—corporate leads, marketing, and distributor sales teams—to accelerate territory growth.
