You will collaborate with regional and cross-functional teams to drive territory growth, exceed revenue targets, and represent Colgate Oral Pharmaceuticals at major dental events. Travel within the territory is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Two or more years of high-performing B2B sales experience.
• Valid driver's license with the ability to travel extensively within the designated territory.
• Exceptional verbal and written English communication skills.
• Must currently reside within the territory or be willing to relocate to the target market.

Responsibilities

• Partner with your Regional Manager to engineer territory business plans targeting profitable opportunities and increased market share.
• Exceed quarterly and annual revenue benchmarks through clinical expertise, new customer acquisition, and portfolio selling.
• Cultivate relationships with dental practices, DSOs, and influencers to build brand loyalty for Colgate.
• Prospect via cold outreach, digital channels, and modern sales platforms to unlock untapped business.
