Job summary

ZimVie US Corp LLC in Houston seeks a Territory Sales Manager to grow the assigned dental portfolio by building relationships with clinicians, labs, and office personnel across the Houston area.

In this field-based, consultative role you will educate clinicians on ZimVie’s implant, restorative, digital, and biomaterial lines, and develop a strategic territory business plan.

This position requires up to 95% travel and a proactive, customer-first mindset to exceed targets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 2–3+ years proven sales success.
• B2B or healthcare sales experience preferred.
• Formal sales training (PSS, Challenger) is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Drive strong sales growth by acquiring new customers and expanding business with existing accounts.
• Educate clinicians and dental teams on ZimVie products and their proper use.
• Build trusted relationships with clinicians, labs, and office personnel.
• Create and execute a strategic territory business plan.
• Coordinate and lead local programs, events, and trainings to drive demand and build brand loyalty.
• Use Salesforce CRM to manage your territory and maximize opportunities.
• Represent ZimVie at regional and national trade shows and education events.
• Follow all company policies, compliance regulations, and safety standards.
