Candid is seeking a driven Account Executive who thrives on energy, speed, and results. This outside sales role targets dentists and practices in the Oregon, SW Washington, and Boise territory, with a strong preference for the Portland area.

You will lead demos, onboard new clients, nurture existing relationships, and collaborate with marketing to expand our clear aligner business while traveling within the region.

Qualifications

• B2B outside sales experience in clear aligner industry or similar healthcare field.
• College degree or equivalent experience.
• Valid driver’s license and access to a reliable vehicle.
• Comfort with business discussions (Cash Flow Analysis, ROI, P&L) and asking the right business questions.
• Extensive regional travel (~60% overnight).
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google applications; CRM experience (Salesforce preferred).

• Prospecting and lead generation to build a robust pipeline.
• Demos and lunch-and-learns for prospective dental practices.
• Manage end-to-end onboarding and client integration.
• Account management and growth through ongoing client engagement.
• Stay informed about industry trends and product knowledge.
