Job summary

Candid is seeking an Account Executive to drive growth by engaging with dentists and practices, conducting demos, guiding onboarding, and nurturing ongoing relationships. You’ll own the northern Los Angeles territory, with preference for Thousand Oaks/Glendale, and travel extensively to meet potential clients.

The role emphasizes top-tier communication, strategic outreach, and collaboration with internal teams to deliver clear aligner solutions and exceptional client value.

Qualifications

B2B outside sales experience in dental/aligner space
College degree or equivalent experience
Valid driver’s license and access to a reliable vehicle
Business & Marketing knowledge: cash flow, ROI, and P&L questions
CRM experience; Salesforce preferred

Responsibilities

Prospecting and lead generation to build a robust pipeline
Organize and conduct lunch-and-learn demos for prospective practices
Coordinate with sales team to convert leads and onboard new clients
Manage ongoing relationships and identify growth opportunities with clients
Stay informed on industry trends and evolving dental technologies
