Job summary

DynaFlex is expanding its Dental Sleep Medicine division and seeking a driven Territory Sales Representative to grow a national account base. You will educate clinicians, build relationships, and promote best-in-class sleep apnea solutions within a defined sales territory across dental and medical channels.

You will travel regionally, present to groups and clinicians, and work with a support team to meet sales targets in a fast-growing healthcare niche.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree required or equivalent.
• 2–4 years of outside sales experience with a proven track record.
• Experience in dental/orthodontic or medical device sales is a plus.
• Ability to present and educate in front of groups and clinical audiences.
• Strong closing skills and hunter mentality.
• Willingness to travel within assigned territory.

Responsibilities

• Generate new business opportunities with dental practices, physicians, universities, and healthcare providers.
• Build long-term consulting relationships to recommend products and solutions.
• Manage and grow a defined sales territory and identify expansion opportunities.
• Track leads and pipeline activity in the CRM platform.
• Travel within territory, including overnight stays for regional meetings and events.
• Meet or exceed agreed sales goals and performance metrics.
• Maintain expert knowledge of DynaFlex products and innovations in dental sleep medicine.
