Job summary

Syneos Health is seeking a field-based sales professional to promote consumer oral health products across a nationwide territory. You will call on General Practice Dentist and Periodontist practices, plan calls, build relationships, and deliver compelling scientific presentations tailored to clinicians.

You will address business and clinical needs, drive engagement with dentists and hygienists, and strive to exceed quarterly and yearly sales targets while maintaining compliance and professional

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required.
• 1–2 years Hygiene, or 1–2 years B2B, or 1–2 years Pharmaceutical Sales experience preferred.
• Outside sales experience preferred.
• Sales aptitude required.
• Knowledge/experience in dental field preferred.
• Ability to travel with a valid driver's license; territory-based.
• Must live within territory or boundaries.

Responsibilities

• Call on General Practice Dentist and Periodontist practices in the territory.
• Independently plan and organize activities for regular territory coverage.
• Develop business relationships with Dental Practitioners and Hygienists to meet call targets.
• Deliver scientific product presentations detailing features, benefits and services.
• Engage in dialogue to address dental professionals' needs and how products address them.
• Aim to achieve quarterly and annual sales goals.
