SN Family Dental in Milltown, NJ is seeking a Scheduling Coordinator to actively manage and optimize our patient flow. You will handle calls, schedule patients, and maintain a productive, organized calendar while coordinating with the clinical and administrative teams.

Qualifications

• Dental office experience is required.
• Strong knowledge of Dentrix is required.
• Experience with scheduling, phones, or front desk coordination.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to stay calm and detail-oriented in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Answer and manage all incoming patient calls professionally.
• Schedule new and existing patients efficiently and accurately.
• Maintain a fully productive and organized schedule.
• Fill cancellations and reduce open chair time.
• Confirm appointments and improve patient follow-through.
• Work closely with the clinical and administrative team to ensure smooth patient flow.
• Track and manage leads from Google, website, and phone calls.
