Job summary

SN Family Dental is seeking a Scheduling Coordinator to actively manage and optimize the daily schedule. You will handle patient calls, coordinate appointments, and maintain a fully productive schedule to maximize production and patient care.

Qualifications

• Dental office experience - Required
• Strong knowledge of Dentrix - Required
• Bilingual Spanish is a Plus
• Experience with scheduling, phones, or front desk coordination
• Dental Intelligence experience is a plus
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to stay calm, efficient, and detail-oriented in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

• Answer and manage all incoming patient calls professionally
• Schedule new and existing patients efficiently and accurately
• Maintain a fully productive and organized schedule
• Fill cancellations and reduce open chair time
• Confirm appointments and improve patient follow-through
• Work closely with the clinical and administrative team to ensure smooth patient flow
• Track and manage leads from Google, website, and phone calls
