Papasikos Orthodontics in Montclair, NJ is seeking a friendly and organized Dental Scheduler to join our family-owned practice. This in-office role helps create a positive experience for patients and families while keeping the schedule running smoothly.

We offer full-time and part-time opportunities with pay from $18 to $22 per hour, plus benefits including health insurance, HSA/FSA, PTO, uniforms, and a 401(k) with company match.

Qualifikationen

• High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree preferred.
• 2+ years of experience in dentistry, preferably orthodontics.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with patients, parents and staff.
• Strong letter composition and written communication skills.
• Effective verbal communication and customer service skills.
• Background check required.
