Responsibilities

• Answer calls and schedule appointments for new and existing patients.
• Collect payments and outstanding balances.
• Review and audit patients; update status in the system.
• Review upcoming schedules for accuracy.
• Determine dental benefit eligibility and payment estimates.
• Confirm unconfirmed appointments.
• Scan EOBs and request updated x-rays.
• Create and electronically send dental claims daily.
• Correspond with patients via email and phone.
• Coordinate with clinical team to ensure smooth patient management.
• Present treatment plans when needed.
• Respond to inquiries and assist as needed.
• Perform general office duties.
