Paycom is seeking an Experienced Patient Coordinator at a Wakefield-Raleigh, NC location to help keep the dental office on schedule and ensure accurate patient data for billing. The role includes greeting patients, checking in, collecting co-pays, and supporting daily office operations.

Qualifications

• Must be present by 7:45 AM due to 8-5 PM operations
• HS Diploma or higher required
• Customer service experience required
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure
• Strong computer skills and attention to detail
• Dental or medical front desk experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Schedule new and same/next-day appointments
• Enter patient data for billing
• Check-in and check-out patients
• Collect co-payments and balance registers daily
• Run and process reports
• Monitor office emails and voicemails
• Confirmations and insurance requests using RevenueWell
• Verify insurance and pre-authorizations
• Support Office Manager with end-of-day processes
• Escalate issues to Office Manager
• Maintain office supplies and readiness
