McCall Dental Care is seeking a Patient Care & Scheduling Coordinator to guide patients from the initial phone call through checkout and ongoing care, ensuring a welcoming, informed, and well cared-for experience while maintaining an efficient schedule.

You will serve as a key connection between patients, front office, scheduling, and clinical teams, handling front desk tasks, recall management, and treatment coordination in a modern dental practice.

• Work with clinical team for smooth patient handoffs and referrals.
• Call prescriptions to pharmacies and manage treatment follow-ups.
