Job summary

Colgate Oral Care Pharmaceuticals (COP) is seeking a Territory Manager to lead the Cincinnati region, building relationships with dental practices, driving net sales, and expanding Colgate professional products.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years of sales experience, strong communication and negotiation skills, and the ability to travel within the territory. Travel is approximately 25% with remote flexibility for the region.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required.
2+ years of sales experience.
Ability to travel within designated territory.
Driver License in state of residence.
Proficiency in English for effective communication.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with Regional Manager to develop territory business plans and identify opportunities.
Achieve quarterly and annual sales goals by meeting KPIs such as calls, sales, and new/total customers.
Drive sales by promoting Colgate professional dental products to dental practices in the territory.
Cultivate and expand relationships with dental practices to boost sales and identify new opportunities.
Seek new business through cold calling, networking, and outreach methods.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams and represent Colgate at dental events.
