Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Minimum 2 years of sales experience.
• Ability to travel within designated territory.
• Driver's license (DL number) valid and in state.
• Proficiency in English.
• Preferred: prior sales experience in dental/CPG/medical devices.
• Knowledge of competitive landscape in health care products.
• Strong relationship-building skills, internally and externally.
• Experience working with third-party distributors.
• Background in B2B sales, dental offices.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Regional Manager to develop territory business plans prioritizing opportunities and reduce cost-to-serve.
• Achieve quarterly and annual sales goals by meeting/exceeding KPIs (calls, sales, and new/total customers).
• Drive sales by promoting and merchandising Colgate's professional dental products to dental practices within territory.
• Cultivate and expand relationships with dental practices to boost sales and identify new opportunities.
• Actively seek out new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, social media and other methods.
• Build and maintain relationships with cross-functional partners including Corporate DSO team, Remote Selling Team, Call Center, Marketing, Educational Team, distributors' sales forces, and dental professionals.
• Represent Colgate Oral Pharmaceuticals at dental conventions, local dental and hygiene associations and study clubs.
• Educate customers through detailing and in-clinic seminars/lunch & learns on Colgate professional portfolio.
