Responsibilities

Collaborate with Regional Manager to develop territory business plans.
Achieve quarterly and annual sales goals by meeting KPIs.
Promote and merchandise Colgate professional dental products to clients in the territory.
Cultivate relationships with dental practices to grow sales and identify opportunities.
Seek new business via cold calling, networking, and outreach.
Partner with cross-functional teams including DSO, Remote Selling, Call Center, Marketing.
Represent Colgate Oral Pharmaceuticals at dental conventions and study clubs.
Educate customers on the Colgate professional portfolio through detailing and seminars.
