Job summary

Colgate-Palmolive is seeking a Territory Manager for the Salt Lake City area. You will drive sales, build relationships with dental practices, and promote Colgate professional products within the designated territory.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree and 2+ years of sales experience, with the ability to travel within the territory. A valid state Driver License and strong English communication are essential.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Regional Manager to develop territory business plans prioritizing opportunities and reducing cost-to-serve.
• Achieve quarterly and annual sales goals by meeting or exceeding KPIs.
• Promote and merchandize Colgate professional dental products to practices in the territory.
• Cultivate relationships with dental practices to boost sales and identify opportunities.
• Seek out new business opportunities via cold calling, networking, and other outreach methods.
• Build relationships with cross-functional partners including our corporate and field teams.
• Represent Colgate Oral Pharmaceuticals at dental conventions and study clubs.
• Educate customers through detailing and in-clinic seminars on product value.
