Envision Dental Implant Center is seeking a Professional Relations Coordinator to be the face of the practice in the Charlotte area. You will build relationships with referring doctors, run study clubs and lectures, support social media, and connect patients with implant and full-arch care.

Local travel about 75% of the time, engaging new dentists, coordinating events, and maintaining program materials while ensuring HIPAA-compliant content and messaging.

Formación

• Experience building referral networks with healthcare professionals.
• Strong communication and relationship-management skills.
• Ability to plan and execute study clubs, lectures, and events.
• Comfort with social media content creation and approvals.

Responsabilidades

• Build and nurture referral relationships with doctors and teams.
• Lead study clubs, lectures, and CE events from start to finish.
• Coordinate social media content and ensure HIPAA-compliant posts.
• Manage outreach using CRM and track referral activity and ROI.
• Travel within territory to visit 8–10 offices per day on average.
