Professional Relations Coordinator
Position Overview
Do you enjoy building relationships, networking, and spending your day out in the community instead of behind a desk?
Envision Dental Implant Center is looking for an energetic, relationship-driven Professional Relations Coordinator to be the face of our practice in the community. You'll build lasting partnerships with referring doctors and their teams, run our study club and lecture programs, support our social media presence, and help connect patients with exceptional implant and full-arch care.
This role connects referring doctors, our doctors, and our practice team to strengthen referral relationships and grow complex implant and full-arch case volume. Local travel throughout your assigned territory is required approximately 75% of the time.
What You'll Do
Build Meaningful Referral Relationships
- Become a trusted resource for referring offices by building real relationships with doctors, office managers, hygienists, and treatment coordinators
- Identify new and existing referral opportunities using reports, geographic insights, and practice partners
- Set quarterly relationship goals for each referring doctor
- Plan efficient daily routes and visit approximately 8-10 referring offices per day
- Listen to partner needs, understand referral patterns, and share updates on our doctors, services, and events
- Deliver value-based touchpoints: articles, case ideas, and clinical resources
- Schedule doctor lunches and relationship meetings; prepare briefing summaries before visits and carry out follow-up plans afterward
- Engage new dentists and associates, and attend local dental and community events
Lead Team-to-Team Engagement
- Serve as the primary liaison between our practice and referring offices
- Keep referral kits and communication pathways current, and educate referring teams on referral workflows and scheduling
- Lead Lunch & Learns and team education sessions
- Share case-of-the-month features and patient success stories
- Coordinate lunches, appreciation events, and social and CE gatherings for referring teams
- Route patient- and case-specific questions from referring offices to the appropriate clinical or treatment coordination team member
Run Study Clubs and Lecture Events
- Manage study clubs and market lectures from start to finish: scheduling, invitations, and follow-up to drive full attendance
- Handle venue, provisioning, onsite logistics, registration, and CE tracking
- Prepare agendas, educational modules, and resources
- Attend meetings as a resource for our doctors and members; send notes and implementation summaries
- Follow up with members on implementation homework and track study club cases and outcomes
- Help members expand into new implant case types and interdisciplinary collaboration
- Coordinate case conferences between referring doctors and our doctors
- Turn attendees into referring relationships and facilitate post-event case discussions
Support Social Media and Content
- Support the practice's social media presence (e.g., Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook) in line with Envision brand standards
- Maintain a monthly content calendar in coordination with our doctors
- Capture content from study clubs, lectures, office visits, community events, and the practice: photos, short videos, and team highlights
- Work with the clinical team to gather approved before/after case photos and patient stories
- Confirm signed patient consent and media releases are on file before any patient image or story is used; make sure content complies with HIPAA and state dental board advertising rules
- Draft captions and simple graphics for review and approval; schedule and publish approved posts
