Job summary

Smile Doctors LLC seeks a Community Relations Representative to build strong relationships with dentists and community organizations, driving referrals to orthodontic offices. You will collaborate with clinic teams, manage local marketing budgets, and host events to boost brand awareness and patient referrals.

You will monitor campaigns, track performance metrics, and contribute to growth by engaging schools, churches, and community partners.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• External: 1 year in B2B sales, direct to consumer sales, field marketing, or related role focusing on relationship-building and referrals.
• Internal: Six (6) months with Smile Doctors or affiliated practice.
• Intermediate knowledge of sales or business management software.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with dentists, schools, health orgs, and community partners to foster a referral network.
• Collaborate with clinics to drive referrals and new patient exams.
• Develop, manage, and track local marketing budgets per team/location.
• Host events and co-marketing initiatives to increase visibility and referrals.
• Input and maintain accurate referral activity and event records in CRM.
• Track performance metrics and adjust campaigns to optimize referrals.
