Smile Doctors is seeking a Community Relations Representative to build lasting relationships with local dentists, healthcare professionals, schools, and community organizations to foster a robust referral network for our orthodontic practices. You will collaborate with clinic teams to drive referrals and patient exams, while partnering on local marketing strategies to grow the referral network.

Qualifications

• Solid written and oral communication skills.

• Experience in business-to-business sales or community outreach is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with local dentists, schools, churches, and community groups to foster referrals.
• Collaborate with clinics to drive referrals and new patient exams to support growth.
• Partner with Sales/Marketing to implement local marketing strategies and campaigns.
• Develop and manage local marketing budgets and track monthly spend/ROI.
• Host events and co-marketing initiatives to increase visibility and referrals.
