Smile Doctors is seeking a Community Relations Representative to build lasting relationships with dentists, community organizations, and schools to drive patient referrals to our orthodontic offices. You will partner with the Regional Manager of Sales and Marketing to implement local marketing strategies and manage budgets.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• One year of experience in B2B sales, direct-to-consumer sales, field marketing, or related field with emphasis on relationship-building and referral generation management.
• Six months with Smile Doctors or affiliated practice.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with dentists, community organizations, and local influencers to drive referrals.
• Collaborate with clinic teams to drive referrals and new patient exams.
• Develop, manage, and track local marketing budgets for each team/location.
• Host joint events and co-marketing initiatives with local organizations to increase visibility and referrals.
• Participate in community events, health fairs, school programs, and local initiatives to boost brand awareness.
• Input and maintain accurate records of referral activity and events in the CRM system.
• Regularly track and report on performance metrics, including referrals and new patient exams.
