Job summary

Envision Dental Implant Center is seeking a proactive Professional Relations Coordinator to be the face of our practice in Charlotte, NC. You’ll build lasting relationships with referring doctors, manage study clubs and lectures, support our social media presence, and connect patients with implant care.

You’ll travel locally about 75% of the time, coordinate events with doctors and staff, and ensure compelling content meets HIPAA guidelines while growing our referral network and case volume.

Qualifications

• Build lasting relationships with referring offices and teams.
• Plan and execute study clubs, lectures, and CE events.
• Grow the practice’s social media presence and content.
• Coordinate with doctors, leadership, and marketing partners.
• Requirements include a valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle.
• Experience in healthcare, dental marketing, or outside sales is valued.

Responsibilities

• Visit 8–10 referring offices per day and manage outreach.
• Lead Lunch & Learns and education sessions for referring teams.
• Support social media content calendar and content capture.
• Coordinate with clinicians and staff to connect patients with implant care.
• Track referrals and study club outcomes in CRM systems.
• Collaborate with marketing vendors as needed.
