Job summary

Envision Dental Implant Center in Charlotte, NC seeks a proactive Professional Relations Coordinator to be the face of the practice in the community. Qualifications

• Ability to build trusted relationships with referring doctors and office staff
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Excellent organizational and time-management abilities
• Willingness to travel within local territory ~75% of the time
• Experience coordinating events and lectures is a plus

Responsibilities

• Build meaningful referral relationships with doctors, office managers, hygienists, and coordinators
• Identify referral opportunities using reports and geographic insights
• Set quarterly goals for referring doctors and plan daily routes
• Lead study clubs, lectures, and CE events from start to finish
• Coordinate seminars, lunches, and follow-up with partners
• Manage social media content calendar and patient success stories supporting HIPAA rules
