Job summary

Gulf Coast Dental Implants & Oral Surgery is seeking a Practice Relations Ambassador to promote the practice within a defined territory. The role blends community outreach, referral development, event planning, and social media content creation to strengthen the brand and drive new patient acquisition.

Working with the office, marketing, and clinical teams, you will execute growth plans, travel within the territory, and help ensure practices meet patient goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or 1–3 years of relevant experience.
• Event planning, hospitality, customer-facing service, and/or marketing experience preferred.
• Dental/Oral Surgery experience helpful but not required.
• Valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain referral relationships with general dentists and specialists within the territory.
• Conduct routine field visits with dental offices and administrative contacts.
• Plan, coordinate, and support Lunch & Learns, CE courses, Open Houses, and events.
• Create and manage social media content calendars and marketing initiatives.
• Track activities, ROI, and market feedback to guide referral strategy.
