Job summary

Heartland Dental LLC is seeking a Dental Receptionist for a full-time role in Easton. The position runs Monday–Friday, 7:30am–5:00pm, with a salary range of $23–$24 per hour based on experience and benefits.

Qualifications

• PHI access and HIPAA training compliance.

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome patients to create a positive first impression.
• Manage front office duties: answer phones, mail, email, and patient communications with insurance companies.
• Schedule and confirm appointments using the Dentrix system.
• File patient insurance claims and follow up on outstanding claims, VERIFICATION of benefits and coverage.
• Post insurance and patient payments and process accounts receivable.
• Review treatment plan fees and payment options with patients.
• Collaborate with providers to implement Heartland Dental systems to optimize office performance.
