Heartland Dental's Glenville office is seeking a Dental Receptionist to greet patients, manage front desk duties, and schedule with Dentrix across multiple providers. The role is full-time, with a pay rate of $22-$26 per hour based on experience, plus benefits.

You'll be part of a supportive team that emphasizes patient-first care, continuous learning, and a stable, well-established organization with 20+ years of industry experience. Daily pay access is available.

Qualifications

• Experience in a fast-paced, customer-centric environment.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• HIPAA training and protection of PHI required.

Responsabilités

• Greet patients and manage front desk duties to create a great first impression.
• Answer phones, check mail and email, and communicate with patients and insurers.
• Utilize Dentrix for scheduling and records.
• Schedule and confirm appointments for multiple providers.
• File insurance claims and follow up on benefits and coverage.
• Post payments and manage accounts receivable.
• Review treatment plan fees and payment options with patients.
• Partner with the team to implement Heartland Dental systems.
