Dentist in Perrysburg LLC in Perrysburg, OH seeks an Office Manager who owns the numbers, the schedule, and the team. You will manage production and collections targets, lead the morning huddle, hire and develop front/back office staff, and ensure HIPAA and state compliance so doctors spend their day chairside.

You will have decision-making authority and be expected to make timely choices to keep the practice thriving and compliant.

Qualifications

• Two or more years managing a dental practice or healthcare office.
• Fluency with practice management software and dental insurance workflows.
• Ability to have direct conversations with team members when needed.
• Numbers literacy: read production reports and indicate Monday changes.
• High moral and ethical standards that cannot be compromised.

Responsibilities

• Own daily, weekly, and monthly production, collection, and case-acceptance targets, and report on them.
• Run the morning huddle and keep the schedule productive with no holes or overbooks.
• Hire, train, schedule, and develop the administrative and clinical support team.
• Keep claims, attachments, and accounts receivable current, and chase aged balances.
• Handle escalated patient concerns before they become reviews.
• Keep the practice compliant with HIPAA, OSHA, and state regulations and maintain records.
