Dentist in Powell is seeking an Office Manager who owns the numbers, the schedule, and the team. This role drives production, collections, and case acceptance while ensuring the doctors can focus on dentistry.

You will hire, train, and develop the front and back office, manage HIPAA and state regulatory compliance, and handle escalated patient concerns. A strong leader with dental practice experience is required.

Qualifications

• Two or more years managing a dental practice or healthcare office leadership.
• Fluency in practice management software, insurance workflows, and dental reporting.
• Ability to have direct conversations with a team member when needed.
• Strong numbers literacy to read production reports and act on changes.
• High moral and ethical standards that cannot be compromised.

Responsibilities

• Own daily, weekly, and monthly production, collection, and case-acceptance targets and report on them.
• Run the morning huddle and keep the schedule productive with no holes or overbooked columns.
• Hire, train, schedule, and develop the administrative and clinical support team.
• Keep claims, attachments, and accounts receivable current and chase aged balances.
• Handle escalated patient concerns before they become reviews.
• Ensure HIPAA, OSHA and state compliance and maintain records.
