This in-office role blends sales strategy with operational leadership, overseeing collections and a practice scorecard while ensuring compliance and high patient satisfaction.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of leadership or sales-focused role.
• Proven ability to drive revenue and coach performance.
• Proficiency in Google Suite.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations to ensure efficiency and patient satisfaction.
• Lead sales and revenue growth initiatives and monitor collections.
• Recruit, train, and coach high-performing staff.
