Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in medical or dental practice operations
• High degree of professionalism and a positive, adaptable attitude

• Organized with strong knowledge of dentistry and dental terminology

Responsibilities

• Greet and support patients, ensuring comfort before, during, and after appointments
• Assist in managing practice operations, budget, and production targets
• Address non clinical patient concerns and support conflict resolution
• Collaborate with the Practice Manager on team performance evaluations and development
• Coordinate patient scheduling and manage appointment flow
• Safeguard bank deposits and petty cash per established protocols
• Support training on company processes and assist with local marketing efforts
• Maintain a clean, sterile, patient centered environment in compliance with regulations
