Job summary

Gentle Dental is seeking a Business Manager to oversee daily operations, ensuring outstanding patient service and a positive office culture. You will partner with the Director of Operations and Area Clinical Director to support providers and staff across the practice.

The role focuses on accurate billing, payroll activities, HR coordination, reporting, and compliance with state dental laws, while driving office performance and patient satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Experience in dental or healthcare management preferred but not required.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Computer literacy, QSI/Denticon experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Supervise the office team, train non-clinical staff, manage hours and timesheets.
• Improve efficiency in office operations, patient retention and profitability.
• Handle bookkeeping, invoicing, payroll preparation and other admin duties.
