Qualifications

• Previous dental or healthcare management experience preferred but not required.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential.
• Computer literacy required; QSI/Denticon experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Maintain an office environment that ensures optimal patient care and customer service.
• Supervise the office team, including hiring, training, and timesheet approval.
• Review production and procedures to improve efficiency and profitability.
• Oversee bookkeeping, payroll preparation, invoice processing, and cash control.
• Schedule staff to support providers and coordinate daily team huddles.
• Manage patient payments, insurance claims, and account reconciliation.
