Job summary

Heartland Dental's Sugar Land office seeks a Practice Manager to lead operations and partner with doctors to deliver exceptional patient care. The PMO Training path emphasizes technical, commitment, and leadership development, with annual goal setting and frequent team engagements.

Qualifications

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree required or 3-5 years leadership experience in a professional setting.
• Experience in fast-paced, customer-centric environments.
• Excellent communication, leadership, coaching, and conflict resolution skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and pursue annual business goals and personal development goals for the practice.
• Provide servant leadership to align Doctors and teams with clinic priorities.
• Onboard new team members and partner with recruiting and support offices.
• Support Doctor-led, hygiene-driven, operations-focused philosophy through regular meetings and huddles.
• Collaborate with Doctors to identify skills needed for open positions and select the right team members.
