Job summary

Vista Trail Dental Care in Sachs, Texas is looking for a Practice Manager of Operations to join our team. This role partners closely with Doctors to support patient care excellence and drive practice performance.

Qualifications

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree required.
• 3-5 years’ leadership experience in a professional setting.
• Ability to analyze processes and identify trends to develop effective solutions.
• Excellent communication, leadership, coaching, and conflict-resolution skills.
• Trustworthy; maintain patient confidentiality and team ethics.

Responsibilities

• Prioritize and complete PMO training to develop technical, commitment, and leadership skills.
• Develop and pursue annual top 10 business goals and 16 personal development goals.
• Ensure goals and priorities of Doctors and teams are achieved through servant leadership.
• Support Doctor-led, Hygiene-Driven, Operations focus through regular meetings and huddles.
• Partner with Doctors to identify skills needed for open positions and proper selection team.
• Onboard new team members through partnerships with recruiting and support office.
