Job summary

Community Health Centers of the Rutland Region in Rutland, VT seeks a Practice Manager to lead daily operations of the main clinic. You will supervise staff, coordinate provider schedules, enforce policies, and uphold quality, safety and accreditation standards to deliver high-value care.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience; health or business administration preferred.
• Five years of operational management experience.
• Knowledge of fiscal management and human resources techniques.
• Knowledge of governmental regulations and reimbursement requirements.

Responsibilities

• Select, hire, train, coach, and counsel personnel to ensure efficient office work.
• Manage and coordinate all staff/provider schedules.
• Support and uphold policies, procedures, objectives, quality improvement, safety and accreditation requirements.
• Ensure adequate office space, supplies, equipment, and assistance for medical staff and patient care.
• Coordinate day-to-day operations at the sites and oversee staffing.
