Poughkeepsie Dental, part of Heartland Dental, is seeking a Practice Manager of Operations to join our team in the Hudson Valley. This leader partners with the Doctor to align goals, coach staff, and drive patient-first care while delivering top operational performance.

The role focuses on servant leadership, training, and strategic planning to meet yearly objectives and grow the practice. Strong communication and analytical skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Associate degree, or 3–5 years of leadership experience in a professional setting.
• Experience in fast-paced, customer-focused environments.
• Ability to analyze processes, identify trends, and develop effective solutions.
• Excellent communication, leadership, coaching, and conflict resolution skills.
• Trustworthy with patient confidentiality and team ethics.

Responsabilités

• Master role through PMO training to build technical, commitment, and leadership skills.
• Develop annual top 10 business goals and 16 personal development goals.
• Ensure goals and priorities of Doctors and teams are achieved through servant leadership.
• Lead regular meetings, daily huddles, and monthly synergy sessions with doctors.
• Support Doctor-led, Hygiene-driven operations through effective alignment and meetings.
• Prioritize team efforts to help Doctors achieve their Top 10 goals.
• Partner with Doctors to identify needed skills for open positions and proper selection.
• Onboard new team members through partnerships with recruiting and support office.
• Support ongoing training through Core Essentials and growth initiatives.
